On a cold brisk evening in Birmingham, the crowd is anxious for the doors to open so they can get in and see what The Script and Tom Walker have in store for them.

Tom Walker gets the crowd warmed up with a sing-along to ‘Just You and I’ where he had the sellout crowd singing the chorus back to him in unison.

He also gave an energetic performance, alongside his band, which had the crowd on his feet. A great start to the evening to help The Script fans get ready for the main attraction.

As the lights lowered before The Script were set to come on, the atmosphere in the arena shifted and excitement started to rise.

The Script started the show in the middle of the arena on a separate stage, giving a better view and experience to the whole crowd.

Three songs and a confetti canon, got the crowd right where the band wanted them, in the palm of their hands. ‘Superheros’ was sung by Danny and the crowd as one. A great demonstration of showmanship and how to engage with a crowd.

As Danny and the rest of the band make their way back to the main stage to ‘Rain’, Danny holds the mic to some lucky members of the audience to sing some of the chorus. Another entertaining moment that shows Danny as a true performer that loves engaging with his fans as a performer.

Some more high-octane songs and more emotional ones were played on the main stage, with a huge applause for ‘The Man Who Can’t Be Moved’. Giving The Script fans what they wanted with incredible vocals and emotional melodies.

The show ended with an encore of ‘Home is Where the Hurt Is,’ ‘Breakeven,’ and leaving the crowd with their number 1 hit, ‘Hall of Fame.’

The Script really do know how to put on a show and leave the crowd satisfied but also wanting more.
