Six years after his debut performance at Glasgow's iconic King Tut's, Tom Grennan made another triumphant return to the city, taking to the grand stage of the OVO Hydro for an electrifying set that left fans breathless. He shared his disbelief with the near sellout crowd that he was playing at the biggest arenas across the country promoting his upcoming 'What Ifs and Maybes' album, via the tour with the same name.

Frankie Beetlestone and his band opened the night with an upbeat pop set, with the lead singer sharing an inspiring story of living in a caravan on his Gran's drive just a year prior.

Gracey, the newly independent artist, followed with a TikTok-famous song,  'Empty Love' as part of her set, which was well received by the younger members of the audience. She also impressed with her cover of local superstar, Lewis Capaldi's 'Before You Go'.

When headliner Tom Grennan finally entered the stage, he brought a level of high energy and animation that he sustained throughout the set.

His raspy voice and powerful delivery of hits like 'Found What I've Been Looking For' and 'Don't Break the Heart' had the audience excitedly singing along. Collaborative chart-toppers like 'Not Over Yet' with KSI, 'Lionheart' with Joel Corry and 'Let's Go Home Together' with Ella Henderson were also crowd-pleasers.

After a short encore, Grennan returned to play what he called the "best song" he'd ever written, 'This Side of the Room', from his upcoming album. The night culminated with 'A Little Bit of Love', Grennan's biggest song to date, and on-stage confetti that captured the energy of the gig.

The Scottish crowd passionately belted out the ultimate song, leaving the arena on a euphoric high that they won't soon forget.

Overall, the performance was a special one. Despite reaching so many highs already, it seems like Grennan's career is 'not over yet', and he has a bright future ahead of him.
