The Voice Judge & singer bought her headline tour to Manchester AO Arena where she performed hit, after hit, after hit.
The bold personality of Anne-Marie, shone through on stage from the outfits, to the staging. In an arena which has a capacity of over 21,000, being a solo act can be daunting but the true superstars command the stage and the crowd which is exactly what Anne-Marie did.
From the moment she stepped on stage the energy in the room was electrifying. The opener shown of the versatility of Anne-Maries voice, a chair in the middle of the stage belting out a mass favourite song ‘Alarm’ moving into a more energetic performance of ‘Cry Baby’.
After those two songs were performed the stage was transformed into a four mattress tall bedroom. The star took off her shoes and climbed up the bed, to perform a number of songs, one of which ‘Train Wreck’ now going viral on social media platform Tik Tok, where she showcases her vocal range.
Throughout the show Anne-Marie was accompanied by 6 highly trained dancers, where they would perform a wide range of dance styles; ballet, street and more.
22 songs were performed, in an arena this size, she still took time to engage with the crowd.
The vibe, the energy never dropped and I look forward to seeing Anne-Marie for her summer tour.
