The Lafontaines… well what can I say they can make a crowd go wild! The boys from Motherwell bring the fans new and old to a small converted cow shed just outside Perth. This very cool small venue was awesome makes you feel better that your in the middle of no where. Walking in the venue getting told they were unable to sell alcohol so everyone’s getting two free drinks each was delightful and I think everyone else agreed. The band were on top form! Its shows they are are used to the touring life after recently being on tour with Don Broco. Getting the crowd going playing hits from their two albums and giving us a sample of whats yet to come from the band. Kerr’s banter with the crowd was spot on, didn’t feel awkward or forced. He was funny and definitely felt at home on stage whilst threatening to kill a horse or two if there weren’t any crowd surfing!. Overall the gig was a very enjoyable experience and a great start to their UK/EU tour. If they are playing near you I highly recommend you go see them!
