DARYL HALL SET TO KICK OFF HIS UK HEADLINE TOUR AT
GLASGOW'S SEC ARMADILLO NEXT WEEKEND
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame legend Daryl Hall returns to the UK this May, kicking off his international 2025 tour with a highly anticipated performance at Glasgow’s SEC Armadillo on Saturday 17 May. Known for his soulful voice and genre-defining work with Hall & Oates, Hall is bringing his solo artistry to the forefront, with a fresh setlist and a very special guest: Glenn Tilbrook of Squeeze.
The show is part of a short UK run that includes a landmark debut at London’s Royal Albert Hall on 19 May — the first solo performance of Hall’s illustrious career at the iconic venue. The Glasgow stop promises to set the tone for the tour, with a unique format fans will recognize from Hall’s celebrated web series, Live from Daryl’s House: Tilbrook opens with a solo set before joining Hall and his band for a collaborative finale.
“Glenn’s a brilliant songwriter and performer,” Hall said. “It’ll be great to work together again.” The pair last shared a stage in 2021 and reunited in 2023 for a lively episode of Live from Daryl’s House. Tilbrook echoes the sentiment: “I am so excited to be playing with Daryl and his fabulous band... Come down and don’t break the furniture.”
Hall arrives fresh off a banner year, having released D, his first solo album in 13 years, and celebrated a decade of his beloved venue, Daryl’s House, with a free fan concert. D, released on Virgin Records, includes collaborations with Dave Stewart and has been praised for its bold, soulful songwriting.
Expect a career-spanning setlist, surprise covers, and the unmistakable magic that only Daryl Hall and friends can bring.
