Following last year’s HIT THE NORTH which seen headline performances from: JUNGLE, Circa Waves, The Horrors and PEACE with also other performances from the likes of: DRENGE, British Sea Power, MARMOZETS, Tom Grennan and many more.
This year’s HIT THE NORTH takes place on Sunday 5th May next weekend across multiple venues around Newcastle Upon Tyne including O2 Academy (1) and (2), Boilershop, Riverside (1) and (2), The Cathedral, Think Tank? Underground, Head of Steam, Brewdog, The Town Hall, The Cuy, Beyond Vinyl, The Bridge Hotel, The Forth and Billy Bootleggers.
This year’s HIT THE NORTH sees headline performances from: JAKE BUGG, TOM GRENNAN, SHAME and BLAENAVON. Also performing across the day are the likes of: Catherine McGrath, Lauren Aquilina, Mini Mansions, TEN TONNES, Seafret, SOAK, She Drew The Gun, The Academic, THE BLINDERS and many more. On Friday 3rd May 2019 before HIT THE NORTH 2019 takes places two days later, this year’s event will be opened by SUNDARA KARMA at O2 Academy, METRONOMY at Boilershop and THE FUTUREHEADS at Riverside.
