The Welsh punk rock band Panic Shack, supported by the local act Duvet, delivered an exhilarating showcase of authentic punk energy and dynamic stage presence. Duvet, hailing from the city where the event took place, kicked off the evening at the iconic, sold-out Band On The Wall venue with a polished set characterised by assertive punk rock riffs. Their chemistry and light-hearted banter transformed their brief performance of incisive songs, captivating the Manchester audience and leaving them eager for more.

As Panic Shack took the stage with unwavering vigour, they energised the crowd with adrenaline-fuelled songs such as “Gok Wan,” “Baby,” and “Mannequin Man.” The audience was treated to new singles, including “Girl Band Starter Pack” and “Thelma & Louise,” which showcased the band’s talent for blending the punk aesthetic with catchy hooks and genuine emotion ahead of their official release. Frontwoman Sarah Harvey commanded attention with her engaging performance and sharp lyrics, while the band’s cohesive sound propelled the crowd into several spirited mosh pits. They effortlessly ignited the evening's energy with a simple request: “I want to see you dance to this one!” as “Meal Deal” blasted through the speakers. Their choreographed moves contributed to the night's enjoyment, making the overall experience entertaining without creating awkwardness in the room. The night culminated in dynamic renditions of “Who’s Got My Lighter?” and “The Ick,” leaving both the band members and fans thoroughly spent yet exhilarated.
