The 2014 X-Factor runner up opened the evening in-style with a high-energy set, including her famous cover of 'Uptown Funk', which reached number one a decade ago, that got the crowd going early. A former 'I'm A Celebrity' and 'Strictly Come Dancing' contestant, East put forward a blend of original material, as well as an additional cover of Bruno Mars. Of course, the London-born singer finished with her most popular song, Sax, which set up the crowd perfectly for a night with Tom Grennan.

Anticipation built for the main act of the night, as fans eagerly waited for the Bedford-born singer to take to stage. Once he arrived, he certainly didn't dissapoint. Opening with an energetic rendition of his 2021 album track, 'If Only', he got the crowd going. With a mix of hits from his four albums, as well as unreleased songs 'Higher' and 'Full Attention', Grennan proved himself once again as one of the UK's top pop-rock artists.

Fresh off a flight from New York and feeling jetlagged, Grennan expresed his gratitude throughout the night to the energetic Scottish crowd, branding the Fife town of St. Andrews as one of his "favourite places in the world", also boasting about his 82 score on the golf course, which he got playing there recently.

The songs that received the best audience feedback included some of his top-hits, 'Remind Me', 'Found What I've Been Looking For', and 'Lionheart'.

The Englishman finished with 'Little Bit of Love', bringing an emotional close to an exceptional performance with such an iconic backdrop, in a week that united sport and music fans alike.
