After a chaotic day one at Tramlines, today was a much steadier day for myself who’s first band of the day was Scottish band ‘The Snuts’ The fans were already well warmed up from the previous acts of the day and they seemed to embrace The Snuts with open arms. Playful indie pop summer vibes, it finally felt like a summer festival.

Straight from The Snuts on main stage, I headed over to The Leadmill stage to watch a band I’d been recommended countless times before arriving at the event, English Teacher. The Leeds quartet came on to a huge cheer from a fully packed out tent which was leaking well into the fields. An incredible blend of indie-rock and post-punk set the crowd alight.

Up next was my act of the day Tom Grennan. Bringing a mix of genres Tom got the party started, bouncing up and down the giant stage. The crowd went all the way back to near The Laedmill stage and everybody was singing and bouncing along, kids on their parents shoulders having the times of their lives. These are memories that last a life time and are so fun to watch.

Todays headliner was Jamie T, I believe only his second since June 2023. I couldn’t have been more excited for this one. Having been a Jamie T fan since being 14 I could not contain my excitement on getting to photograph him and he put on an amazing show. He may have had a good drink during the day but his performance was still top quality, playing all the anthems getting the crowd going with huge sing-alongs. This was definitely worthy of being a headline set even if I am being bias.

Finishing his main set with ‘If You Got The Money’ gained a huge vocal choir from the crowd to then only be treated with ‘Zombie’ in the encore. A fantastic ending to yet another wholesome day.
