HENRY MOODIE // O2 ACADEMY, BRISTOL
HENRY MODDIE LIVE AT BRISTOL’S O2 ACADEMY
★★★★☆ (4/5)
Tuesday night was an exciting one for Henry Moodie fans. They all eagerly lined up at the Bristol 02, some proudly wearing his merch and others accompanied by parents excited to witness the rising star. The was a whole range of ages there to see him that night.
Opening Acts for the night started off well, it was Ben Ellis’s first-ever tour and it looked like he had a blast. He brought a vibrant energy to the stage and the fans were so engaging, he even mentioned that Bristol was the best and most interactive crowd he's had on tour. He had left the crowd singing his song as he left the stage ready for the next act.
Next up was James McVey, guitarist from The Vamps, who wore a trendy Taylor Swift as Jesus T-Shirt, adding flair to his already charismatic stage presence. McVey had the crowd moving and singing along. I must say, the crowd had a voice, and they didn’t hold back, showcasing their dedication and love for both the support acts.
Henry Moodie delivered a heartfelt performance that captivated the hearts of the fans in the Bristol 02. Known for his vulnerable lyrics and melodic hooks, Moodie didn’t disappoint, bringing an emotional yet electrifying energy to the stage. He showed that he is a kind and talented individual who is grateful to his fans while also having a good time.
By the end of the night, it was clear Henry Moodie’s talent and authenticity left a lasting impression, showing he’s not just a rising star but one who knows how to create unforgettable moments live.
