Opening tonight's show we have Mexico's The Warning. Comprising of the Villarreal Vélez sisters Daniela, Paulina and Alejandra, the hard rock band bring a mass of energy to the beginning of the evening.

With a setlist mainly comprising of tracks from their latest album "Error", they win over the already busy Bellahouston Park.

You can guarantee when The Warning come back to these shores again, they will pull in a good majority of those who were here this evening!

Next up we have hometown boys Twin Atlantic. Opening their set with "You Are The Devil", frontman Sam McTrusty is full of energy, willing the full crowd to get involved. At times he makes jokey references to the fact that panto season is 6 months away, using call and response chants with the crowd to drum up even more energy.

During "Free" Sam messes up the lyrics, making the crowd aware that he was distracted because this is his daughter's first time seeing him play live (cue audible awww's from the crowd!)

The full band are on fine form, telling the crowd that they are honoured to be opening for Muse as they are huge fans, and if they weren't supporting they would have been in amongst the crowd themselves tonight.

"Brothers & Sisters" sees a mass crowd clap-a-long, while the closing double hitter of "No Sleep" and "Heart and Soul" gets the crowd well and truly warmed up for the headliners.

Opening the set with the title track of new album "Will Of The People" (complete with each band member wearing space age style masks), tonight's headliners Muse are on fine form from the very start.

We get mega hit "Hysteria" as the second song in the set, which throws the now packed Bellahouston Park in to an absolute frenzy, and sees frontman Matt Bellamy and bassist Chris Wolstenholme start the first of their many trips up and down the walkway to interact even more with the crowd.

During "Won't Stand Down" we get a massive figurehead appearing on stage, wearing one of the same style masks which the band opened wearing. This stays for the rest of the set, and is often accompanied with lots of pyro, adding even more to the stage show.

Chris has a double neck bass for "Madness", with one side being a conventional bass and the other a chaos pad for creating the electro effects during the song. We're then hit with the brilliant "We Are Fucking Fucked" from the new "Will Of The People" album, and a couple of songs later everyone's faces are well and truly melted with the classic "Plug In Baby", which sees the full park go insane.

Matt rocks a light up suit for "Uprising" before the main set is closed off with an epic rendition of "Starlight", which sees Matt with his microphone at the end of the walkway, having the crowd sing the chorus for him.

An encore of "Kill Or Be Killed" and "Knights Of Cydonia" rounds off what has been an absolutely magnificent performance from Muse. This band never fail to amaze, and with it being their 30th anniversary next year, fingers crossed they're back again to celebrate!
