Vukovi have been on my radar for the last few months with single C.L.A.U.D.I.A being recommended on Spotify, since then I’ve been following them from a distance, excited for the release of their second album Fall Better.
Arriving to Beyond Vinyl on time for doors there was a queue of around 25 people ready. Once the doors opened the fans rushed to the sofa’s where members Janine Shilstone and Hamish Reilly were patiently waiting. With the small space now filled they wasted no time beginning.
I didn’t manage to catch the name of all of the tracks they defiantly played C.L.A.U.D.I.A. which is personally my favourite track released by them. During a gap between their tracks Shilstone told the crowd “I feel so nervous, doing shows like this I feel so exposed.” Before resuming playing. The duo were defiantly on form and sounded incredible!
After their short set they then asked the crowd if they wanted a Q&A with one question being “When will you be back?” with the reply being “hopefully by the end of the year.” With this in mind, it’s going to be awesome to see them on stage performing their music.
Vukovi are defiantly one to watch, their new album Fall Better sounds absolutely fantastic and I while they’re still on tour I’d recommend catching them!
