★★★★★ (5/5)

Since their inception Bury Tomorrow have always been ahead of the curve within the metal scene but since the release of their fourth album Black Flame the five piece have gained major attraction. With the houselights dimming, the crowd began cheering as one by one each member took to the stage. With the intro finished the band launched straight into the set with No Less Violent with its chunky riffs and awesome breakdown it’s one hell of a way to start their set. Speaking to the crowd Daniel Winter-Bates asked the crowd ‘How the f**k are we feeling? When announcing this tour, we promised that we’d play the entire Black Flame album.” Getting back into the set Adrenaline was up next which had the crowd belting out the lyrics “Do you feel alive?”

Their most popular single to date was next Black Flame this had the venue bouncing and this was personally the best performance of the track I’ve seen. My Revenge and More than mortal went down like a storm. Track six of the evening was their heaviest track to date with Winter-Bates almost demonic like screams coming out in full force! There was no breather for the crowd with The Age which had everyone off their feet.

Skipping to the end Peacekeeper the five piece left the stage to the dismay of fans with chants of ‘one more song, one more song.’ Finally coming back to the stage Glass walk and their new single The Grey (ViXI). Still not done fan favourite and old track You & was up next played which I was so happy to hear. The final track of the evening is Man on Fire from their second album Runes.

All In all, the whole group were on form and played an awesome show! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Bury Tomorrow but I know it will be great! I cannot recommend them enough!
